What does the License Type “Free” mean?
The licensing designation of “Free” in this context means that the platform module in question is being provided at no additional charge to StealthAUDIT users who are current on their Annual Maintenance & Support contracts.
What does it mean if an app is listed as “Unsupported”?
The support designation of “Unsupported” means that, while Stealthbits may address issues arising from the use of the platform module in question in its discretion, there will be no obligation on the part of Stealthbits to do so. “Unsupported” platform modules will not be covered under a customer’s Annual Maintenance & Support contract and will be provided “as is.” As such, Stealthbits will not be obligated to provide updates and/or fixes in this context.
