With each iteration, StealthINTERCEPT shows more value to our customers. StealthINTERCEPT 5.0’s AD Security focused data means alerting will become even more essential, and those alerts should contain what’s important to you. Let’s take a moment to learn how your organization can configure and benefit from StealthINTERCEPT 5.0 Notifications.
First, navigate to the Alerts section found under Configuration > Alerts:
Once in the System Alerts section, click on the Email tab and toggle the slider in the top right to Configure, as highlighted below
Here we can see I use MULTIPLE Message Profiles based on what I am being alerted about.
These profiles can all have unique subject lines and message content that is great for getting the information you need, automating your mailbox, and email parsers associated with various ticketing solutions:
Finally, I add a Variable Value so you can see how to get more information directly from the subject line:
I like to use variable tags to help keep my Alerts organized within my email mailbox. I feel the most valuable variable is %SETTING_NAME% because it displays the Policy Name that you set in StealthINTERCEPT.
There quite a few other variables that can help you modify and configure your own notifications. You can locate them in our Documentation Portal’s MESSAGE PROFILE page, along with the included references below.
If you are not a current StealthINTERCEPT Customer, you can request a demo and 30-day trial here.
