Steve Cochran
Chief Executive Officer

Steve Cochran is the CEO for STEALTHbits Technologies, Inc. He has served as CEO since his founding of the company in 2002. Steve has guided the organization from its inception to five consecutive years of profitability and growth. He has had a successful 20-year career in the software industry, holding senior management positions and leading the Change Management business unit at Quest Software prior to founding STEALTHbits. Steve was also instrumental in the success and growth of Quest Software; an organization of less than 100 employees when he began.

Kevin Foisy
Chief Software Architect

Kevin Foisy is the Chief Software Architect and Co-Founder of STEALTHbits Technologies. Kevin's 24-year career in the software industry has produced over half a dozen successful management solutions within the Microsoft space; many of which are still available on the market today. Kevin's vision has driven the organization and the direction of the product since its inception, making StealthAUDIT a favorite among Fortune 500's and organizations of nearly any size.

Edward Hand
VP, Corporate Strategy

Ed Hand is responsible for corporate strategy at STEALTHbits, which includes product development, market penetration and field execution. Hand brings more than 15 years of enterprise software experience to the organization, having previously had success in sales management, partner relationship, and product management positions. Prior to joining STEALTHbits, Hand held positions in sales and sales leadership for Symantec, Quest Software and Automatic Data Processing. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business and World Trade from the University of Buffalo.

Kurt Cieszko
VP, Global Sales and Operations

Kurt Cieszko is the Vice President of Global Sales and Operations for STEALTHbits Technologies. Kurt has had a successful career in the software industry as VP of Sales for the Northeast for Quest Software and a Director of Worldwide Sales for TeaLeaf Technology. Kurt joined the STEALTHbits Team in January, 2007 and is responsible for driving the company's revenue through management of the entire sales force, training, and sales initiatives.

Phil Burgard
Chief Technology Officer

Phil Burgard is the Chief Technology Officer for STEALTHbits Technologies. Phil joined the organization in January 2006 following a 30-year career in the software industry with organizations including IBM, Novadigm, and Hewlett-Packard. Phil oversees product direction and development with focus on StealthAUDIT's Compliance and Security offerings. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management Sciences from the University of Iowa.

Adam Laub
VP, Global Product Management

Adam Laub is the Vice President of Global Product Management for STEALTHbits Technologies. Since joining STEALTHbits in 2005, Adam has held multiple positions within the organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Operational Management roles. His responsibilities and areas of oversight include Resource and Project Management, Marketing Strategy and Implementation, and Product Management across STEALTHbits entire product portfolio. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, PA.

Frank Perrone
VP, Engineering & Technical Operations

Frank is an experienced IT executive with strong leadership, business management, and technology expertise, in addition to a proven track record. Frank has successfully directed and implemented strategic initiatives through the adoption of organizational, managerial, and technology-based solutions that delivered shareholder value. He has a Masters Degree in Information Management and Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and is PMP and ITIL certified.

Kevin Cancilla
VP, Marketing

Kevin Cancilla is a results-focused vice president of marketing with more than 15 years of global enterprise software marketing experience in leading corporate communications and demand center strategy teams. At STEALTHbits, Cancilla is responsible for corporate press and analyst relations, marketing programs, and corporate messaging and branding. Cancilla has a solid track record of developing integrated programs and partnerships that yield financial results, expand the customer base, increase market share, and build brand affinity. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix, AZ.

Charlie Palella
VP, Business Development

Charlie Palella has been in the IT industry for nearly 30 years, initially starting with the networking company, DataTech Inc., specializing in retail and banking environments. Transitioning into sales and marketing for CMP Media Inc, Charlie helped launch InformationWeek Magazine. While at CMP (and then UBM Channel for the past 20 years), Charlie held various management positions with CRN, VARBusiness, and XChange Events. As Strategic Account Director, Charlie had responsibility for building channel marketing programs for major IT companies like IBM, Dell, Lenovo, AMD, and RedHat, to name a few.

Jill Twomey
Director of Finance

Jill Twomey is the Director of Finance for STEALTHbits Technologies and has 18 years of experience in accounting positions. Prior to joining STEALTHbits in September 2005, Jill was the Controller for both PGI, Inc. and Arcadian Healthcare, Inc. in New Jersey. Jill is responsible for all accounting related matters in the organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.

Brett Fernicola
Director, Research & Development

As the Director of Research & Development for STEALTHbits Technologies, Brett is responsible for the technical requirements and design of all StealthAUDIT product lines. Prior to this role, Brett served as a Systems Engineer for the company, leveraging his expertise in Pen Testing, Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Operating System architecture to satisfy a wide range of customer requirements and drive sales for the organization. Brett started his career as an independent consultant and later founded his own company named Next Gen Results, LLC. Fernicola holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology Network Applications from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).
